My stay at this resort spa was mostly enjoyable, with spacious rooms adorned with beautiful traditional Balinese décor. The location was fantastic, being close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. However, the service was inconsistent, with some staff being wonderful while others were quite rude. Additionally, the dining experience was underwhelming, particularly with the limited options available for breakfast.
